Carbohydrate Corner

 

 

There are no good and bad foods.  All foods fit!  Carbohydrate foods are starches, fruit, and milk.  They are primarily used for energy and provide you with essential vitamins, minerals and fiber.  There is no need to eliminate carbohydrates, just count them!  It is important to determine the total amount of carbohydrates consumed at a meal or a snack in order to bolus properly.
