The Diabetes Connection

Welcome to the Diabetes Connection, a support group for children with diabetes and their families, located in the south suburbs of Chicago.  This website is designed to provide information regarding quarterly meetings and general information about diabetes.  The information provided is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure diabetes.  If this is an emergency, or you have a question regarding your diabetes care please contact your endocrinologist, primary care physician or diabetes educator. Remember, diabetes is a serious disease requiring continuous care and individualized treatment.
